Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles as he is known in the music world, is an British singing and composing. Harry Styles belongs to the band One Direction. Harry Styles was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on the 1st of February 1994, and is the son of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles was a student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School where as well as three of his classmates, he formed his own band, White Eskimo. They participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their outstanding performances, they were winners. While he's always attracted to music, he was also interested in becoming an attorney or an physiotherapist. In order to support the needs of his children, he worked a short time working part-time at a baker's shop. Harry Styles, in 2010, auditioned to be on The X Factor. The formation of the group was a fact in 2010 and the five youngsters were funded by Simon Cowell. The group performed The Kelly Clarkson song My Life Would be Sucking Without You together with Bonnie Tyler Total Eclipse of the Heart. The result, they made it to the finalist. They came third place, just behind Rebecca Ferguson. Even though Harry Styles and his group didn't win, Cowell agreed to pay 2 million pounds for One Direction to sign with the Syco Record label.
